Every quote is given on an individual basis, tailored to the needs of the client and the type of event.

• Upon contacting us for our services, a quote will be sent to you. 
• When you are happy with the quote for the service, an agreement contract will be composed and sent to you with a detailed explanation of what you can expect from us, SD Productionz, and what we will need from you, The Client. This includes, but not limited to, the details of your event information, explanation of the execution of hired services, payment(s) and your right to withdraw. 

• Once signed by both parties, an invoice will follow. If the total is above £400 then a deposit of 50% will be offered which is to be paid within 10 days of the issued invoice with the remaining balance up to 21 working days before the event, however the amount can be paid in full within the 14 day period if preferred. 
• The option of deposit is only available if the event is more than 14 working days away from the date of services being requested.
• Upon SD Productionz receiving payment, be that deposit or in full, will confirm and reserve your desired service.
• However, failure to do will result in a withdrawal of services. A "withdrawal warning" letter will be sent to you before the complete cancellation of services.

• On the day of your hired service, our team will conduct as described in the written agreement. 

• If post production is included as a part of your required service, please be advised that there is a 14 day minimum turn around unless discussed otherwise.

We, SD Productionz Ltd, operate the website https://www.sdproductionz.com (this site) as well as any other related products and services listed throughout the site and relevant social media platforms.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these terms at any time. 

The services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must first have the permission of, and be directly advised by, their parent of legal guardian to browse. Using or hiring our services must be completed by those over the age of 18.

The information provided from SD Productionz, when using the services is not intended for distribution. 

We are the owner of all intellectual property rights in our services, audio, video, text, graphics and photographs. Our content and marks are protected by copyright laws.

This privacy policy applies only to the actions of SD Productionz and the users with respect to this website. It does not extend to any websites that can be accessed from this website including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites.

For the purposes of the applicable Data Protection Laws, SD Productionz is the "data controller". This means that SD Productionz determined the purposes for which and the manner in which your Data is collected and protected. 

SD Productionz will securely store your data for the use of the services required to contact you regarding your event as will be saved for as long as 12 months post event before being discarded.
